Replaces the Minecraft: Java Edition title to match the one seen in Re-Console Resources, at the request of omo50/bowen. Is otherwise functionally identical to 2.0.0
Previously "Deck Title for Legacy4J", now being re-released as "Legacy Titles"
This was done to take advantage of Control Type based legacy logos introduced with Legacy4J 1.8.1, and to provide more options for everyone.
