Simple Vein Mining

This fixes a critical issue where worldguard regions were not properly checked, resulting in a duplication glitch.

• Updated to 1.21.5, older versions are no longer supported
• Added the ability to set required item models that the plugin will work on (config option)
• Added the ability to disable vein mining when crouching (config option)

Switched to YardWatch for protection integrations:

• Plugin now uses YardWatch for handling protection integrations.
• Check for YardWatch API compatibility
  • If you're using a claims plugin that doesn't work with the YardWatch API, check if YardWatch has a temporary solution available for that plugin.
• Download YardWatch for protection integration
  • If YardWatch has a solution that works with your protection plugin, you'll need to download and install YardWatch for the protection integration to function properly.

Fixes an issue where the plugin would still break blocks even if the event was cancelled

Adds Grief Prevention support

Planning to adjust how the plugin handles block breaks so that most other protection plugins will also be supported, but this should help a bit
