Changes
- Timestasis enchantment no longer activates in water.
- Timestasis may now freeze the surface of fluids, allowing entities to collide with them whilst not inside the fluid.
- Timestasis now freezes certain redstone components such as Repeaters and Comparators.
- This behavior may be restricted to specific blocks/no blocks by specifying the
