Added port for 1.16.3/4/5 1.16 will continue to receive updates alongside 1.15, 1.14, and 1.12.

Note that this port is considered a beta because it has not been heavily tested. Please report any issues.

A couple of the supported mods from the 1.15 version still aren't updated to 1.16.3. As more of the supported mods update to 1.16.3, I'll re-enable their InvMove compatibility.
