Added configs that can revert some nerfs added to Apostle last update. All new configs can be found on goety-mobs.toml.
Fixed the slow regeneration being implemented on Apostle when they are rendered invulnerable through Obsidian Monoliths.
Fixed Warden and mobs that uses brain ai not targeting Obsidian Monoliths powering their Apostle target.
Hard difficulty Apostle's magic resistance is now disabled. Can be re-enabled through goety-mobs.toml.
Made Apostles with "the Terrible" and "the Glorious" title continuously give their associated effect to themselves instead of just giving the effect with infinite duration upon spawning.
