Also removes the "Joining World..." screen on world/proxied server switches now. See below for a hot preview
The preview below contains a brief flashing of the world loading / dirt screen appearing, the latter you will see without the mod. If you don't like this behavior anyways and would like to keep the semi-transparent joining world screen (vs. the non-transparent loading world dirt screen), simply keep using version 2.0.0 of this mod.

The mod now also removed the fade-in and fade-out of the resource pack loading screen, which dramatically reduces the duration of the screen, especially for fast loading packs.
You can probably guess which one has the mod and which one does not
Also updated the mod id
The default option properly fixes the screen, which is basically instant if your chunks are loaded fast enough.
If you want to keep using the instant option, feel free to do that anyways.
