[Cobblemon] Restless Spirits

A Cobblemon 1.3.0 pack that adds Booneary (Ghost Buneary), and Ghoulpunny (Ghost/Fire Lopunny) to the game. These two Cobblemon can be found in The Nether, Dripstone caves, the Deep Dark, mountains, and Dark Forests. Note: Moveset is not finalized, and animations have not been completed. Feedback on movesets would be appreciated, as well as feedback in general on stats and evolution requirements.
