Visual Redstone Vanilla Plus 1.0.1

Hoppers now additionally have bedrock textures on their inside and funnel end textures while locked, to maintain consistency with locked repeaters.
Changed the textures of sticky pistons slightly to make them easier to differentiate them from normal pistons.
Changed the filename and pack.mcmeta to make it easier to see which version this is on the resource pack menu.
Updated the minimum supported version to 1.20.2, as dispenser and dropper block state updates don't work properly before this version.
