3D Tools and Utils

Adds:

• Some bottle models like empty, honey, ominous, exp.
• Foods like Raw and Cooked fish, tropical, and pufferfish.
• Added ender pearl.

Fixes:

• Some model and placement tweaks
• Minor sword texture issues

Note:

I didn't add the potion bottles because I dont know how to code it in properly without the potions showing grey in the hotbar. Either it's a me thing or a mojang thing :/
