Mob bullet damage multiplier set to 0.45 (from 0.8)
Adjusted minimum and maximum configuration values for mob bullet damage multiplier (To 0.45, 1, from 0.8, 1.2)
Increased minimum configuration value for bullet damage (To 16, from 12)
