(Hotfix for Stand arrow)
- Fixed secondary stands eating 15 levels from you without requiring them
- Fixed the reroll cost being displayed as the main stand's exp cost in the reroll menu
- Fixed not being able to sneak to choose a secondary stand initially before an arrow is primed
- Updated Russian translation and Chinese translation
