- Prevent creative-mode instant destruction of minecars.

- Ported notification settings for decay and refresh message spam

- Notificaitons are now provided as notifications instead of chat spam

- Containers can now be configured to be blast-immune, preventing beds, ender crystals, etc, from destroying them

- Option to disable all break restrictions; unfortunately there is no standardized fake player

- Structure blacklists were removed

- Mineshafts are always converted

- Unresolved loot tables are now always reported to the player, instead of having to eb enabled
