Patch [2.5.1] / 20.07.24

Fixed:

• [1.20.3-4] - Player are not able to trigger any trigger-functions which leading to not able to use the skillbook.
• Not all scoreboards & storages are removed after using the uninstall function.
• Using uninstall and activate the Datapack again, with skillbook in hand cause a bug where the first skillpoint does not cost anything.
• A bug causing players needed EXP for the next Skillpoint having really high or even negative numbers. - reported by: Dissy
